In this video we will learn how to play Charlie Parker's amazing tune 'Yardbird Suite'. Not only does this tune sit incredibly well on the mandolin fret board, it is a great example of a 'syncopated' melody which is the subject of this month's 'Proper Technique. I'll break the tune down into different phrases and then we'll have a full play through at the end of the video.
