Learning tunes in 'Closed Position' means that we use the little finger to turn open strings into '7th' frets. In this lesson, we will use the Irish jig 'Tripping up the Stairs' to show how we can use this technique to strengthen the little finger and be able to shift a tune up and down the neck.
